ABOUT IRON TEAM
IRON TEAM lasts for 3 days and 2 nights, designed in a seamless, tightly structured format where emotions and levels are gradually intensified, reaching their peak.
IRON TEAM simplifies the operations of a business or project, with all key elements involved: personnel, leadership, strategy, teamwork, discipline, and more.
After participating in the program, learners gain new perspectives on themselves, their work, and their own company or organization. They experiment with their decisions without facing consequences, identify issues, and find solutions within the program and in their work and daily lives.
IRON TEAM has unlocked emotions and pushed personal limits. After just 3 days and 2 nights, many participants remarked that they felt as though they had experienced “decades of life”.
