CHIEF COMMANDER LÊ DŨNG
The Chief Commander is a distinguished trainer who has participated in numerous large-scale training programs alongside renowned speakers such as body language expert Allan Pease, young Singaporean millionaire Adam Khoo, and branding specialist Richard Moore. He was honored with the Top 100 Business Style Award 2014, recognized by Business Style Magazine, and is well-known for his adventurous spirit and enthusiasm for conquering challenges.
He has journeyed extensively across Vietnam, traveling tens of thousands of kilometers by motorcycle and on foot, reaching the nation’s most remote borders, and conquering Southeast Asia’s highest peak, Fansipan. Moreover, his travels have taken him to numerous countries worldwide—from the source of the Nile in Africa to the ancient Maya kingdom in Mexico, from the sacred Uluru mountain in Australia to the remote plateaus of Tibet.
Chief Commander Lê Dũng is the founder and primary trainer of the “IRON TEAM – Steel Entrepreneur Training Camp” program. His vision is to build a community of successful entrepreneurs characterized by resilience, determination, and courage in facing challenges. Through the program, he shares with participants the experiences, fortitude, and the “steel” spirit he has cultivated through numerous personal challenges.
After a decade of conducting hundreds of training programs for prominent corporations and enterprises, he has successfully established himself as an expert in designing and delivering military-style corporate training. His continuous efforts focus on developing and refining training programs anchored in military-inspired discipline, strength, and spirit.
